Wagon number 1

Although this blog is not yet 'launched', this is the first real element of the Haythornthwaite and Westby Tea Railway:  A Colin Ashby open wagon a kit.  Build quality is poor, due to over-use of glue, lack of careful filing, a feeling of being overwhelmed by the brake gear, and inexperience.  Still to come:  painting, weathering, couplers, and perhaps that brake gear.
